Point of Sale

1.1

  Point of sale is deemed to be upon dispatch of goods by MUMO, regardless of previous  payment received by MUMO

1.2

  Order is accepted upon receipt of initial deposit amount irrespective of deposit amount already paid.

1.3

  Alterations to orders ( size, colour, reference, quantity) can be made up to 10 days after order date

  Any claims on damaged /incomplete goods are to be made with MUMO within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Returns after this date or

Payment terms

2.1

  Standard terms of payment are 50% on order of goods and 50% on delivery of goods.

2.2

  Invoices will be issued within 5 days of placing order upon which initial payment is due immediately (do I need a clause saying max 30 days or else? Not sure how this works.

2.2

  Initial payments made in respect of new orders must be specific to each new order only and not by way of settlement of   an existing outstanding balance.

2.3

  Payment may be made by cheque or bank transfer details of which will be provided with invoice.

2.4

  MUMO reserves the right to pass debt ownership on to a 3^rd party institution for collection of payment upon delivery of goods. If full payment has not been received within 30 days of delivery MUMO or 3^rd party may begin legal proceedings to recover payment. (do I need to give them more info on this not sure if there is general blurb)

Delivery

3.1

Estimated delivery date to be provided on order. Actual delivery date to be provided 14 days ahead of estimated date.

3.2

MUMO to inform customer immediately of any unforeseen delays to delivery. MUMO does not accept responsibility for such delays outwith its control. 

3.2

MUMO will be responsible for the cost of and timely delivery of order for pre arranged date beterrn MUMO and customer. Non receipt of delivery by customer on the agreed date may result in additional delivery costs required to ensure signed receipt of delivery.

Resale

4.1

 The customer agrees to display MUMO merchandising tags on all items and to display goods so as to promote the brand and associated labels to the best of its abilities.

4.2

  MUMO reserves the right to resell sample or unsold stock from time to time. Price points are at the discretion of MUMO.

Ethical Policy

5.1

  MUMO’s ethical policy ensures that between 5 – 10 % of MUMO sales are reinvested back to the   communities where the clothes are made as well as a trading policy aligned with Ethical Trading Initiative standards.

5.2

  Further details of MUMO’s ethical policy are available on request. Further information regarding the reinvestment of MUMO revenues and also the current level of development of ethical trading standards with MUMO suppliers are also available upon request.

Privacy Policy

  Customer details may be used to send information on MUMO events and updates from time to time. This information will not be disclosed to 3^rd parties.

Legal basis

These terms and conditions are enforceable in accordance with English Law. Tour statutory rights are unaffected. (do I need this, dunno!)
