MUMO works with ethically produced fabrics to make bold and beautiful things for your home. All our products are produced sustainably and are a celebration of the textiles themselves.

As a brand we embarked on a journey back in 2010 to create a lifestyle brand with ethical production at the heart of every step of the product lifecycle. Our founder, Kirstin Samuel MA (Hons), MDev (International Development) put years of experience working in the not for profit sector to apply fundamental principles of sustainability throughout our business processes.

Having been through the development of our own social enterprise in this way and successfully competed at the highest level being stocked in Selfridges, Harrods and House of Fraser to mention but a few over the years, Kirstin now uses this experience to share the thinking behind our business model and ethical design processes so that other brand or design focused companies might have the opportunity to bring sustainability and ethical production into the heart of their businesses too.
